Xtreme EZ Grind Concrete Softener is an effective chemical solution that saves you time on the job site! Designed with a citrus-based formula, Xtreme EZ Grind is specially made to break the creme of concrete surfaces, which means it will soften the concrete and help to maintain consistent scratch patterns. This organic series of compounds break up surface tension and dissipates grease & oil contaminants to allow for a method referred to as softening and breaking concrete bringing a sense of ease to concrete grinding applications. Please only apply Xtreme EZ Grind Concrete Softener over bare concrete surfaces. EZ Grind is ideal for very hard concrete surfaces possibly caused by over-trowel and/ or due to any prior applications of silicate hardeners. This concrete chemical solution has been proven to reduce labor costs by 30%, with no smell or fumes, and it can be applied easily by a high volume, low-pressure pump-up sprayer.

Coverage: 1,000 sf. per gallon, on average. Rates may vary.
Applications: Only apply this product on bare concrete surfaces.
Yields: Xtreme EZ Grind concrete softener will yield approximately 20 useable gallons.
