The Longopac Industrial Vacuum Replacement Bags safely and efficiently collects harmful dust, concrete particles, and other threatening dust or concrete particles. For the safest containment and disposal of dangerous concrete, it is critical to utilize drop-down disposal via the Longopac bag system. This unique Longopac system safely contains dust and debris and then allows secure discarding into 25 individually sealed bags, depending on the user's preference. The bags are made of strong three-fold polyethylene material to ensure heavy dust does not escape and are easily changed and tie-clipped after dust extraction.

The bag cassette is hygienic since the bags are replaced and sealed from the outside there is no contact with the waste. The bag cassette is manufactured from an extremely thin and strong 3-layer polyethylene material.

The bagging material is folded into compact cassettes in specifically developed machines. Longopac gives advantages as time-saving handling, low material consumption, and low transport costs. Longopac is certified to be used in different kinds of handling within Odor Control, Biodegradable, Food, ESD, Sterile as well as with different strengths on the bag cassette.
