The Xtreme 175 Floor Buffer machine is an industrial floor cleaning unit that performs tasks for professional buffing, scrubbing, stripping, and cleaning the surface of your floors. Commonly referred to as floor strippers, sewing machines, or side-to-side machines. The Xtreme 175 floor machine features a cast aluminum base and is built with an adjustable handle, allowing it to fold quickly and comfortably for all operators. Depending on your application will determine which floor pad you choose to assemble on the bottom of the machine.

For easy operation, floor care equipment such as an Xtreme 175 floor machine is powered by a precision-balanced, heavy-duty 1.5 HP 66-frame motor. The strong, all-metal polished reinforced aprons and triple-planetary high torque transmission handle the most demanding jobs. All-metal chassis gives added weight for a faster, longer-lasting, and brighter shine. A safety-enhanced interlock switch on the handle leaves both hands conveniently in control while Safety-enhanced, non-conductive dual triggers on the handle eliminate shock potential. The 48 in. tall handle is fully adjustable and is comfortable for all operators and the non-marking, super-thick bumper protects walls and baseboards. Also, the motor plugs into the cable at the base of the handle for easy maintenance.
